Our Founders
United Telugu Kitchen was born from a shared belief: that the food of a people is the heartbeat of their identity. Co-founders Theji Pinnamaneni and Koushik Koganti set out in 2022 with a bold, deeply personal vision: to give Telugu cuisine the stage it truly deserves.

Our History
Founded in 2022 by Theji Pinnamaneni and Koushik Koganti, United Telugu Kitchen (UTK) began in Vijayawada with a vision to bring authentic Telugu cuisine to a modern dining experience while preserving its rich culinary heritage. Showcasing flavours from Andhra Pradesh, UTK quickly became known for its traditional recipes, diverse menu, and soulful Telugu hospitality.
What started as a single restaurant soon expanded to Hyderabad and Bengaluru, taking the warmth and authenticity of Telugu food to more communities across India. Today, UTK stands as a celebration of culture, flavour, and togetherness - serving regional favourites made with fresh ingredients, bold spices, and a passion for true Telugu cooking.

Vijayawada
UTK opened its first restaurant in Vijayawada, bringing traditional Telugu food into a warm modern dining space.

2023
Hyderabad
The next chapter carried UTK's regional flavours to Hyderabad, expanding the community around Telugu cuisine.

2024
Kadugodi, Bengaluru
UTK reached Bengaluru with a menu rooted in home-style recipes, bold spices, and familiar hospitality.

2025
Kanakapura, Bengaluru
The journey continued with another Bengaluru location built for family meals, celebrations, and everyday cravings.
